the only way to increase this is more fat (undesireable) or more muscle - uses 15 calories per pound, per hour versus a pound of fat’s 1.

Does this actually mean you are hungry? Are you feeling actual hunger? Or are you bored? There is a huge difference. Before eating, why not drink some water. A lot of the time thirst is mistaken for hunger! Why not count to 100 before eating? Sometimes your “hunger” is strictly based off of one…
